By accessing or using Gamecord ("Platform") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Gamecord. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Keep your password secure and do not share your account.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• One account per person; duplicate accounts may be banned.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or discriminatory
• Upload copyrighted content you do not own or have rights to
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Spam, phish, or engage in any deceptive practices
• Upload malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or our systems unauthorised
• Use automation or bots to mass-follow, mass-like, or scrape data
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Post content involving minors in any sexual context

5. Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting, you grant Gamecord a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform.

Gamecord does not claim ownership of your content. You may delete your content at any time.

6. Shorts & Video Content

Videos must be 30 seconds or less. You must have rights to all audio, video, and visual elements. Background music you don't own is not permitted.

7. Intellectual Property

The Gamecord name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. You may not use them without permission. We respect others' IP rights — see our DMCA Policy.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Gamecord is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that content is accurate or appropriate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamecord shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or binding arbitration where legally required.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform announcement.
